Premium Season Pass error

Just purchased the premium season pass to claim all rewards till level 40, however there is an error that stops me from claiming the premium rewards. I have enough season points but in the screen it shows a the message -800points or - "x" points depending on the level.

Have this happened to anyone else? How to fix this? I am nearly completing the season.
