I have raised and brought this to your attention several times, politely, and I have been patient. I received a DM yesterday from EA_Barry regarding me duplicating these posts, so you (the team) are clearly seeing them and reading them and, I can only deduce from your lack of action or communication, electing to ignore them.
So, once again and for a final polite time, please acknowledge and address this issue and either compensate the affected users in timely manner, or provide me with a link to your customer service team where I can file a formal complaint. Thanks.
