Pro clubs + season pass doesn’t work

I’ve been playing for a couple of months and I have 2 accounts on my xbox and on my main account whenever I try to log into pro clubs it says that the internet connection has an error or something like that (I checked my internet and it’s fine) and the season pass just doesn’t show on the other account it’s fine but all the things I’ve got and paid for will be gone
