Pro Clubs Not Working on Middle East Servers for Over a Month

Hello EA,

I am writing to report a major issue affecting Pro Clubs on Middle East servers. For over a month now, players in this region (Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, etc.) have been unable to properly access or play Pro Clubs.

The main problems include:

• Matchmaking failing or taking an extremely long time
• “Search failed” errors when trying to find games
• Inability to find league or playoff matches
• Drop-ins and club matches both being inconsistent or not working

This issue is not isolated — many players across the Middle East are experiencing the same problem. It is making Pro Clubs completely unplayable in this region.

We have tried multiple solutions such as:

• Changing matchmaking regions
• Playing at different times
• Restarting lobbies and clubs

None of these consistently fix the problem.

This is very frustrating, especially since it has been ongoing for weeks without any clear update or fix from EA. Pro Clubs is a major game mode, and Middle East players should not be left without access.

We kindly ask EA to:

• Acknowledge this issue officially
• Investigate Middle East server performance (especially Qatar servers)
• Provide a timeline or update on when this will be fixed
