Pro Clubs not working

Hi i have a issue with my pro clubs that i cant load it up. It keeps saying that i cant connect to the servers but ultimate team is working perfectly. Anyone have any solution? Ive deleted the game, ive hard reset, changed region and nothing is working been like this since the 16th of April 26?
