Pro clubs

I have been unable to access Pro Clubs for almost 5 weeks, and the issue still hasn’t been fixed. Every time I try to enter Clubs, the game does not let me in, and I also cannot access the Season Pass, while other game modes work normally. I am aware that I can access through the Web App, but it is extremely frustrating not being able to do this directly from the game. I have already tried basic troubleshooting like restarting the game, checking my internet connection, and signing in again, but nothing has worked. It’s very frustrating not being able to play a core game mode for this long, and I would appreciate EA looking into this issue and providing a solution or at least a clear response.
