Problem after patch
Hello,
I’m reporting a missing paid content issue in EA SPORTS FC 26.
Platform: Xbox One
Game: EA SPORTS FC 26
Category: Purchase / Missing content
Case number: #235109378
I purchased in-game content, the payment was completed successfully, but the content never appeared in the game.
I contacted EA Help and received only automated responses. My case status shows “Waiting on player”, but there is no option to reply or provide additional information.
I followed all suggested steps:
- logged into the correct EA account
- restarted console and game multiple times
- waited over 24 hours
- checked all in-game sections
- verified server status
The issue is still not resolved and I have no way to contact a human support agent.
I am asking EA staff or a community manager to review my case or escalate it to the technical/purchase team, because at the moment I paid for content that I did not receive.
