Problem with FC Points

I bought 1600 FC Points for FC 26. A payment receipt was sent to my email. The purchase appears in your Microsoft account. I was not credited with 1600 Points in the FC 26 game. The balance remains the same. How to solve this problem? I contacted support. Will they help me or not?
