Problems connecting to EA servers

Im getting the exact same thing and getting penalized. I've gotten disconnected 4 out my last 5 matches

It's not OK for a game with great reputation.

My Connection 

Having similar issues on Xbox series x. Been playing through out the day, so not during prime time and still getting 2000 ping or getting kicked as soon as the match begins.

I was able to connect and play after unplugging the router and reconnecting it to the power supply.
