PS5 Game crashes

Despite my internet connection being perfect, after about 3 mins in the menus the EA server disconnects and I must re-connect. When I enter an online game, either myself or my opponent disconnects.

    AND ITS CRASHES AGAIN!!!!  What is the F*cking point of all this!!!!
