False Positive Banned from Transfer Market Need Help/Escalation
Hey everyone, and hello to the EA Community Managers,
I am posting here out of absolute desperation. My EA FC 26 account was recently slapped with a permanent Transfer Market ban for alleged Coin Distribution. I am completely devastated because I state with 100% honesty that I have never bought, sold or distributed a single coin in my life. I am a regular player who loves the grind of Ultimate Team and this automated ban has completely ruined the game for me.
I fully support EA's fight against actual coin sellers and bot farms, they ruin the market for everyone. However, in my case, the automated system has made a massive mistake and triggered a false positive. I am begging a community manager or moderator here to please help me escalate this for a human manual review.
While I don’t know the exact transaction that triggered the ban, I am an active market trader. I generate my coins strictly through legitimate, in-game trading methods that are entirely within the rules.
SBC and Evolution Spikes: I regularly monitor market trends. When a popular Squad Building Challenge (SBC) or new Evolution drops, the value of random cards sitting in my club can skyrocket. Selling these during peak hype isn't coin distribution, it's basic supply and demand.
Mass Bidding and Sniping: I spend hours bidding on undervalued cards and relisting them at their actual market value for a profit.
Lazy Buyers: Like many traders, I list cards slightly above the lowest "Buy It Now" (BIN) price. Casual players in a rush often buy these by mistake. It is a random, open-market transaction, not a pre-planned coin transfer.
If your automated security system flagged me for a high-value sale of a low-rated card, I assure you it was a completely organic open-market trade. There was absolutely zero external communication, coordination, or intent to move capital to another account.
Why My Account Needs a Manual Human Review
I know the automated system handles millions of accounts, but it isn't flawless. A human specialist looking at my actual account data would instantly see I am not a coin distributor.
High In-Game Engagement: I spend the vast majority of my time actually playing matches (Division Rivals, Champions, Objectives) and interacting with menus. Bot profiles or coin-transferring accounts don't play the game like a passionate fan does.
Consistent Device and IP Logins: My account is only accessed from my personal console at home. There are no suspicious, multi-location login patterns indicative of a coin-selling network.
No History of Violations: I have been a loyal EA Sports customer for years with a completely clean record. I have never received a warning or a temporary suspension prior to this.
A Plea to the Community Managers
Losing access to the Transfer Market permanently completely kills the core of Ultimate Team. I cannot upgrade my squad, try new players, or participate in promos. It feels incredibly unfair to be locked out of a full-priced game over an automated error. That honestly isn’t even the worst thing, it’s not being able to buy consumables.
I have already submitted a formal dispute through the standard help.ea.com portal, but we all know how automated those initial responses can be.
To the EA Community Managers on this forum: Please, can someone look into this or escalate my case reference number to a human reviewer on the Terms of Service team? I am more than willing to accept a coin wipe or a temporary suspension if a specific legitimate trade looked too suspicious to your team—anything is better than a permanent ban for the entire life cycle of FC26 for something I didn't intentionally do. I just want the chance to play fairly again.
Just packed a tradable TOTS Messi yesterday as well, funny how this system works. I had packed a tradable FUT Birthday Lamine Yamal and thats how I got my first major push in this game coins wise. I have been sitting on the same Vicky Lopez card since it came out, I bought a Fantasy FC Salma Paralluelo and consistently use her.
Thank you to anyone who reads this or can offer some guidance on how to get a real human to actually look at my transaction history.

Hello there. Obviously, being banned from the Transfer Market is incredibly frustrating. Unfortunately, it's not something we can help with over the EA Forums. The best I can recommend is submitting another dispute so that Terms of Service can perform a thorough review of your account. Please follow the instructions here to submit another dispute. Thanks!
