Community ManagerDifferent games place varying levels and types of demand on the console. Just because this is the only game that is overheating your console does not necessarily mean the game is at fault. If that was the case, every PS5 would be shutting down and we would have a much bigger issue on our hands. I recommend professional cleaning, which will return your console to a factory-fresh state, and if there is no other hardware issue at play, you should be good to go for some time. Thank you. Look, i know you are just a forum manager and that there isn't much you can do, but the game is DEFINETELY AT FAULT. My PS5 just got professionally cleaned and can play games that are way more demanding for hours, like Gran Turismo 7, and it still shuts down after like 30 seconds of FC 26. It's not hard to find other reports of the PS5 Slim overheating ONLY with FC 26. It's unacceptable to not be able to play a game you spent 70$ on and have no refund.
