purchase player from market but he is closed to sell or trade

I purchased 116 gen Kyle Walker from market by paying around 2.8 million fc points. When I think to sell at the market, He is closed to sell or trade. It must be opened to sell. I was thinking to take Thuram 113 gen from 2nd anniversary. My fc points was gone, I can't sell Kyle Walker. That's why I can't take 113 gen Thuram. What am I doing right now? I have used fc mobile so many years. I didn't do any mistakes.  You can research about selling him with fc points at the market.
