Random crashing

Hello, I have not been able to play a full game yet, after about 5 to 10 minutes of playing a game online, it crashes. It does not show any errors and I don't get any notifications in the event viewer, it just closes and goes back to my desktop. I purchased the game through steam I'm not sure if that matters. I have tried everything from deleting the anticheat and reinstalling, disabling all overlays, creating a memory dump folder in the registry editor because it wasn't providing anything in the event viewer, and still nothing.

There wasn't anything in that that would help. Did you try what I previously suggested?

  • I've been looking at it seems like a common issue. Is anything being done to fix this?

We have an article with info on refunds here.

  • If that's even the issue which it definitely isn't, it's definitely javelin anticheat bugging out on some process I have running on my computer

  • Not gonna lie man, I'm not gonna do all that lol. Can I just get a refund? I shouldn't have to disconnect a monitor to get a game to run correctly, EA should fix a dumb issue like that before releasing a AAA game lol

Thank you for gathering the DxDiag. Here's what I would suggest.

    1. Perform a clean reinstall of your Nvidia drivers using DDU in Safe Mode. Then install either the latest stable Game Ready driver or, if this started right after your current driver update, one version older.
    2. Update motherboard/platform drivers from Gigabyte/Intel/Realtek: chipset, MEI, LAN, Wi-Fi, and Intel RST.
    3. Run the game fully stock: remove any GPU undervolt/overclock, disable XMP temporarily, cap FPS, and test with one monitor only at a normal refresh rate.
    4. Try wired Ethernet and disable the Realtek Wi-Fi adapter for a test session, since the issue happens only online and that Wi-Fi driver is quite old.
    5. Verify game files in Steam and test without any extra peripherals/software running in the background.

Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. Can you get me a DxDiag report? Just attach it to a response. Instructions for gathering the report can be found here
