I tried both yesterday but both fail to connect the server , last week  i used wireless and its worked fine 

i also did restart my router yesterday but still fail to connect

Did you also power cycle the device you play on? Are you able to connect using a mobile hotspot? That would be just as a test.

The mobile hotspot is working which allow me to connect the server

As a test, try using a mobile hotspot. Also, if you didn't power cycle your modem/router and console after switching to a wire, it would be good to do that.

This means the issue is with your ISP since using a different connection works. I recommend contacting their support for assistance with this.

I am having the same issue. I can play online battlefield 6. Have played FC26 till this point. Why would it be a problem with the ISP.

If you're able to connect on a mobile hotspot, contact your ISP to see if they can help.

i had tried this more than just one device where also used other wifi connections, it's still the same whereas it couldn't be connected  to the server and only be connected using a mobile tethering hotspot?

please fix this

When you can connect over a mobile hotspot, but not your home network, the issue is with your home network/ISP. Did you also try connecting using a wire?

I understand. But why has my ability to connect to the servers stopped as soon as the game updated... Surely that is not an issue with my ISP...

Most users are having these issues described , yet EA support on here still blaming anything but the rubbish ea servers and dodgy updates . 

When you can connect to the servers on a hotspot or different connection than the one you normally use, that's not the servers since you're not actually connecting to them. Something with your ISP or home network is blocking you from connecting.

If it were an issue with the game, we'd have many more reports of it. So far, that's not the case. Especially when you can connect on a different connection. That indicates an issue with your home network or ISP.

I understand that. But then why would it only be an issue with EAFC. I have no problem connecting to BF6 or BO6 servers... Would my ISP only be blocking the connection to EAFC?

I couldn't tell you that, but I've certainly heard of it happening before. Please contact your ISP to see if they can help.

Have contacted my ISP and they cant see any issues on their end. I have had a tech support person come around and they have found no issue at my end. They have suggested it is the gaming server issue... Please can you advise me of any other things to try, or have you dealt with someone who has had this issue and do you know what their ISP did to fix the issue.

Unfortunately, I don't have anything else to suggest. I assume you tried alternate DNS settings? 

yeah I have tried all of that. I am now able to connect to the servers at off peak times and for a short period of time. But my packet loss and jitter is really bad in comparison to before this problem occurred.
