Re: connecting ultimate team is not possible at the moment

I received "early access" to FC26 since the 19th of September and to this date of the 29th of September I've yet to have proper access to the Ultimate Team game mode of FC26.  When I attempt to access Ultimate Team, the following error message appears: "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment.  You will now be returned to the Main Menu."  I am requesting a solution for this error that has been ongoing for a week, I am requesting EA guidance for support and refund/compensation via packs accommodation.
