Hello EA Support Team,

I am experiencing a persistent crash in EA SPORTS FC 26. The crash happens consistently, and I have already tried all common troubleshooting steps. Here are the details:

Crash Details:

Crash type: Access Violation c0000005

Occurred in: ntdll!NtGetContextThread

MiniDump file: C:\Users\ECC\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 26\CrashDumps\CrashDump_2025.10.05_21.05.11.331.mdmp

Windows version: Windows 11 Pro, 10.0.26100.6725 x64

Steps I have already tried (all unsuccessful):

1. Updated NVIDIA GTX 1660Ti drivers to the latest version.

2. Verified and repaired game files via EA Desktop / Origin.

3. Ran SFC /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth — both completed successfully, no issues found.

4. Disabled all overlays (Discord, Steam, GeForce Experience, Armoury Crate, etc.).

5. Ran the game as Administrator.

6. Set the game to run on the dedicated GPU (GTX 1660Ti) only.

7. Tried DirectX 11 and DirectX 12.

8. Checked VRAM and virtual memory settings.

9. Reinstalled the game completely.

Despite all of the above, the game still crashes consistently.

I am attaching the MiniDump file for your analysis. Please advise if there is any official fix or workaround, as this crash prevents me from playing.
