Lag in Ultimate Team

I've been logging into the game for days and everything's working perfectly, the menu is all correct but when I enter Ultimate Team it seems like the game crashes and runs at 10FPS, I've tried opening it from Steam, from EA and nothing... I've restarted the PC, I've reinstalled the game, I've even formatted the PC but nothing, there are days when it works well and others when it works badly, any solution? No matter how much I lower the graphics, everything still doesn't work.
