[Pro Clubs] cross-country connection issue

Hi EA Support,

I am extremely frustrated with an issue in EA 26 Pro Clubs. Every time my friends in Brazil and I try to play a league, I receive the error message "Connection to Lobby Lost".

EA_Darko​  I'd like to have your job, arbitrarily marking problems as solved with generic links to restart the console without providing a solution.

Any help with this issue?
