Re: Game ownership has been disabled or deleted

Hey guys to update, I just went to Eneba to try for a refund and then get the game on EA, they refunded me so I got the game on EA, my team is still there despite the issues on the companion app so do not worry your teams have not been deleted despite this issue

    Hi, how long did the process take?

    I created ticket regarding “Activation Issue” refund request, with all the images and description, yesterday night. It has been escalated to the Seller. So, I’m awaiting their reply.

    Is that the right category?
