Can't Load EAFC26

Question

I logged off EAFC 26 and can't log back in. When I try load the game it crashes back to the EA App. I have tried all the steps online, clearing cache, running as administrator, reboot my windows, turning off smoot motion, buying the game on Steam. Basically everything under the forums and on YouTube videos.

I reached out to EA live chat and their methods didn't work and they told me to post on the forum. When my friends have logged into my EA Account they have had the same issue. When I log into their account I can load the game no issues.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. EA live chat have stated there's no issues with my account.

Hi Darko,Apologies, what do you mean multiple systems?&nbsp;My friends have logged into my EA App and have not been able to load on their PCs but the moment they sign back into their EA apps they can run FIFA. When I signed into my mates EA App I could load FIFA from my PC but when I sighed back into my account it kept crashing. I thought I might have a soft ban or there could be an issue with my EA Pro?
