Every time I play FC26 Ultimate Team, after the game I get hit with the message 'connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. you will now be returned to the main menu'.
I have had this for the last three days and in all the different game modes. I am wondering how I get this issue sorted
48 h and counting for me. 0 communication on the issue from EA. I think we can request game refund through SONY
Same thing here. The game is broken
How do we request this? its been soo annoying not able to play the game I purchased. I went to online EA help and chatted to an person through live chat and all he said is 'we are aware of the issue and post on this forum' did not help much at all!
I've also posted here on the EA forums, no response so far (been 2 days). I've also posted in EAHelp's twitter account - same result there. For the life of me, I cannot find the option to go to live chat (i'm not from the US and don't have a vpn - i think only people from some countries have live support access). So for the moment i'm stuck. If this is not fixed by Monday I will be requesting a refund through sony from here : https://www.playstation.com/ro-ro/support/store/ps-store-refund-request/

truth is EA are refusing to even respond to this issue nobody has gotten a clear reply or a solution about this issue yet.
Can I ask are you on old or new gen? I'm PS4 so wondering if its an old gen thing
I was disconnected due to a LAN connection issue while playing Ultimate Team.
Since then, I cannot reconnect to Ultimate Team.
Please help reset my Ultimate Team session.

I've tried the following and it still doesn't work:
-Repair the game
-Uninstall and reinstall
-Clear cache in the Steam and EA apps
-Change DNS
-Turn your router off and on again
I can’t go into my ultimate team It says u can not be connected right now returning back to main menu pls fix it
