Re: I did not receive my ICON package after purchasing the ULTIMATE EDITION

I pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition of FC26 too late to receive the Icon Pack, so yesterday (22/09) I subscribed to EA Play Pro to get the Icon Pack and the additional FC Points. However, after 24 hours, both are still missing. I did receive the loan player picks and the FUT Draft Token, but not the other items
