Ultimate Team Login Issue – Other Accounts Work Fine
Hello everyone. I’m experiencing a very strange Ultimate Team issue and after almost 20 hours I still have no solution.
I was previously playing EA FC through the Showcase version without major problems. Recently, I purchased Game Pass and started using the full trial/full game version included with it. Since then, I have been completely unable to access Ultimate Team on my main account.
Important details:
- I CAN access every other game mode normally.
- Kick Off, Career Mode, Clubs, etc. all work fine.
- ONLY Ultimate Team fails to load/access.
- I can log into the Web App and Companion App without problems.
- I can complete SBCs, buy/sell players, and manage my club there normally.
- Another Xbox profile on the SAME console and SAME internet connection can enter Ultimate Team perfectly.
Things I already tried:
- Reinstalling the game
- Clearing cache
- Restarting router/console
- Deleting reserved data
- Using different DNS
- Waiting several hours
- Contacting EA Support
EA Support only sent generic troubleshooting articles, but none of the solutions worked.
At this point, it really seems like an account-related UT synchronization issue rather than a console or internet problem.
Has anyone experienced something similar after switching from Showcase to the Game Pass/full version? Any help would be appreciated.
