Re: No game modes to select from the main menu - Only News/Upgrade screen

I’ve been having the same exact issues while I pre-ordered  it weeks ago.  Xbox X, eastern time.

I had the same issue,I cancelled ea play for a refund which they did straight away.I then bought ea play again and everything worked when I reloaded the trial.Hope it works for you
