No game modes to select from the main menu - Only News/Upgrade screen
Hi, I have pre-ordered the game weeks ago and have EA play, once I loaded the trial and finally got on it’s only giving me News, learn to play and Upgrade…

Thank you for all your reports. Our team has been looking into the issue of only seeing the News/Upgrade section but no other game modes.
There are 2 possible explanations for this.- If you do not have a valid EA Play subscription and are sharing it with another console or another account, you won't be able to access the FC 26 trial.
- Your 10-hour EA Play trial run out of time. This can happen when the game isn't fully closed. Even if it's only running in the background, the 10 hours will continue to tick down.
I totally understand that this will be disappointing to hear. Unfortunately, our EA Help support team cannot add additional time to EA Play subscriptions either.
