"This match is being reviewed"

For the past couple of days every game I play I am hit with the "This Match is being reviewed". I have played between 15 - 20 games of which I've been disconnected from 15 - 18 of them and only been able to play a couple games properely. None of these games seem to count upon disconnection It's becoming super frustrating, Can I get some help if there is any?
