Re: Pro clubs 20,000 free AXP April 6th

I am reporting a missing reward issue in EA FC 26 Clubs. Upon logging in, I was supposed to receive a one-time bonus of 20,000 Clubs XP and 35 Double XP match tokens. However, despite being eligible, these rewards have not been credited to my account.

Details:

Timeframe: This issue has lasted for over one month.

Game Mode: Clubs (Pro Clubs).

Platform: PC (Desktop).

EA ID: Obenzera

Steps Taken:

Restarted the game and the EA App multiple times.

Cleared the system and app cache.

Checked all "Objectives" and "Store" tabs for manual claims, but nothing is available.

Request for Compensation:

Since this delay has lasted for an entire month, I have significantly fallen behind in seasonal progression compared to other players. Therefore, I kindly request that, in addition to the original 20,000 XP and 35 tokens, further compensation (such as extra XP or Packs) be granted to my account as a gesture of goodwill for the frustration and the competitive disadvantage caused by this technical error.
