Currently there is no active Division Rivals competition. Please check back later.
I am unable to access the Division Rivals mode through any section of the game.
Errors appear as shown in the attached screenshots.
I have already tried reinstalling the game, repairing the files, changing the language, logging out of my account, and activating other game modes.
Please verify this issue. When attempting to switch to online mode with a friend, he is also unable to start the game, even though this error does not occur on his side natively.
I am unable to play the game. What is the point of having Early Access if it cannot be used?
Lack of access to Rivals means lack of access to online mode – the main aspect of the game.
Many other players have been reporting this issue for over a week now. Why, despite such a large number of reports, has nothing been done to resolve it? You are marking reports as "resolved," which can potentially mislead users. Who would reasonably expect to open a report only to find it marked as resolved for “visual reasons”?
Accepting the report for investigation five days after mass player feedback about this problem is also not appropriate – especially considering that players specifically purchase pre-orders in order to access the game earlier.
I kindly request verification of this issue, its resolution, and information on whether we will receive any form of compensation for being unable to use the product while at the same time investing additional money into it.
Finally, why is there no mention of this issue on your official bug tracker: `trello ea sports`? (can't enter link), despite your confirmation in comments that it has been accepted for verification?
