I reached to the final level of the pass, I have the premium pass, and i claimed all and the game don't gave me the TOMORI and the packs, likewise the don't give me the Player of the free pass, can help me with that pls

    I spend all day trying to reach the final level so the game could have a bug and not show the correct options. I don't mind to lose the players of the pack and coins/ea points, I really just want the Tomori. Could you please check this issue and help me get the correct reward?
