Hey Dobadinhio1​ what platform are you playing on?

Have not seen issues like this and while there can be a slight delay with menus when making changes, nothing like what you describe.

Do you have issues with any other aspect of the game?

No harm in taking a minute to go through the connection troubleshooting steps here

Hi, 

Im on PS5. Ive tried deleting save files on the game, ive tried clearing my cache and rebuilding the database. Ive contacted my broadband provider and theyve said to contact EA but ive got a feeling i'll be going back and forwards between the two. 

Basically every thing to try and resolve the issue ive tried. I have no issues with any other part of the game, career mode is absoloutely fine and I play a lot of pro clubs which ive never had issues with. It only seems to be UT but in specific the menus 

Are you on Sky broadband?

So can you grab a video of the issue Dobadinhio1​?

Hard to know if network or game related and the more info we have the better.

Yes, when it next happens I will record it. I do have 2 vidoes. One where it says "leaving ultimate team" which takes quite a while and then another that says "hospitality settings synchronising" in which I have to restart the game and then it loads straight away. When it happens in the menus of UT specifically i will attach all the vidoes to this thread 

I have a video here of it just disconnecting me from a match, 1st game on today and it’s disconnected me. The loading symbol appears and it boots me off. I can’t attach it here. Is there any other way to send it to you? X or instagram ? 

Edit: and another one where I’ve readied up in the lobby, it freezes, loading symbol appears and says there was an error 

Edit 2: Just figured out I cannot even access concept players at all, as soon as I go onto it it just boots says it can’t connect to EA or something 

Darko this is a complete lie. It’s been happening for months and there’s over 10 threads posting about a similar issue all with hundreds of comments with people saying they have the same issue. Just type on google “fc 26 sky internet” and you’ll see how many people have this problem.

YES! I’ll be doing anything and my game will freeze for like 5+ minutes or FOREVR! It’s completely stupid. I don’t experience any freezing in the game but it happens every 5 mins I’m in the menus..

Exactly the same for me mate. I'm also with sky and it's been going on for just over a month now... My 10 year old has given up and the grinding we have both done to get a 95 rated team at this stage is a joke... The R9 grind was painful enough 😂

Could you help me please I'm also experiencing the same issues as the above account dobadinhio -  I've spent hundreds of £s and my son won't play it anymore it's got so bad in an hour gaming session it freezes when swapping players id say atleast 10 times in an hour and that's not fun for anybody.

Yes, exact issues as you... in USA... this is horrible.
