Hi,
Im on PS5. Ive tried deleting save files on the game, ive tried clearing my cache and rebuilding the database. Ive contacted my broadband provider and theyve said to contact EA but ive got a feeling i'll be going back and forwards between the two.
Basically every thing to try and resolve the issue ive tried. I have no issues with any other part of the game, career mode is absoloutely fine and I play a lot of pro clubs which ive never had issues with. It only seems to be UT but in specific the menus
So can you grab a video of the issue Dobadinhio1?
Hard to know if network or game related and the more info we have the better.

Yes, when it next happens I will record it. I do have 2 vidoes. One where it says "leaving ultimate team" which takes quite a while and then another that says "hospitality settings synchronising" in which I have to restart the game and then it loads straight away. When it happens in the menus of UT specifically i will attach all the vidoes to this thread

I have a video here of it just disconnecting me from a match, 1st game on today and it’s disconnected me. The loading symbol appears and it boots me off. I can’t attach it here. Is there any other way to send it to you? X or instagram ?
Edit: and another one where I’ve readied up in the lobby, it freezes, loading symbol appears and says there was an error
Edit 2: Just figured out I cannot even access concept players at all, as soon as I go onto it it just boots says it can’t connect to EA or something
