Ive been having a problem now for a few weeks where the game just freezes, whether im building a squad, doing an SBC, scrolling through players for an evo. After a certain point the little green triangle loading symbol appears and stays there for a minute or so before kicking me off the game.
The green loading symbol thing also appears in games and I know at that point its going to kick off me off and i get a DNF, its killed me in champs a few times. I live in the UK and im with Sky, ive spoke to them and they said its an EA issue. is anyone else getting this constant menu freezing/ buffering causing them to restart their game X amount of times. Extremely frustrating

Hey Dobadinhio1 what platform are you playing on?
Have not seen issues like this and while there can be a slight delay with menus when making changes, nothing like what you describe.
Do you have issues with any other aspect of the game?
No harm in taking a minute to go through the connection troubleshooting steps here

Hi,
Im on PS5. Ive tried deleting save files on the game, ive tried clearing my cache and rebuilding the database. Ive contacted my broadband provider and theyve said to contact EA but ive got a feeling i'll be going back and forwards between the two.
Basically every thing to try and resolve the issue ive tried. I have no issues with any other part of the game, career mode is absoloutely fine and I play a lot of pro clubs which ive never had issues with. It only seems to be UT but in specific the menus

Yes, when it next happens I will record it. I do have 2 vidoes. One where it says "leaving ultimate team" which takes quite a while and then another that says "hospitality settings synchronising" in which I have to restart the game and then it loads straight away. When it happens in the menus of UT specifically i will attach all the vidoes to this thread
