Recent Ping Increases - NA West

Appreciate the responseEA_Darko​ but as I said I have been sent that same troubleshooting guide multiple times, followed every step and hasn’t helped. As I also said, I’ve troubleshooted this with my ISP and they can’t do anything on their end.

i understand that if this was a server wide issue there would be more contacts on this. I have seen others posting about the same issue in the same region as me. 

when speaking with an EA “advisor” they told me the only thing I could do is post in this forum. Since you don’t think this is an actual issue and you’ve marked it as solved, I guess I have no options left to fix this.
