Fc 26 crashing on ps5,

Ps5 , ultimate edition,  ultimate team, sqd battles  crashing every time  today, is it fixable  or games  broke ? Update  monday tried to get a refund  ,totally impossible   , try to complain  impossible,  fly move ea very fly, I'm not interested in clearing  this or sorting that or saved files this, £90 on a game that doesn't work  isn't acceptable,  last fc game all ever buy , played them all since fifa 95  , no more tho
