repeated game crash

I have tried multiple times to play, but my computer is not powerful enough to handle the game. It crashes continuously, and I am forced to close and restart it. This bothers me a lot, having paid 90 euros directly to EA ELECTRONICS and not through third-party sites. And not being able to request a refund...
