Reporting players for connection loss.

I have played 2 games in champs tonight, was winning the first one 3-2 in the 85th minute and then the connection lost. Then was winning 7-1 in the 89th minute and lost my connection to EA. Tried reporting the players only to have an error message come up. Saying page cannot be found. 
First time playing champs this year. Very annoying 

how do you actually get anything done about it?
