Fps drop after 1 match

So I am playing FC 26 on ultimate team mode, I did some settings, graphics all on low, vsync on in app and Nvidia control panel, and I was getting 90-100 fps. But after the match ends and I play the second game, it becomes unrecognizable and impossible to play, max 15 fps and I don't know why. Is anyone having the same issue or have any ideas how to solve it?
