rgent Support Request – System Crashes 3–4 Minutes After Game Launch
Hello EA Support Team,
After entering the game, the computer completely freezes after 3–4 minutes, no actions can be performed, and the game only becomes playable after a reset. This issue has been ongoing for a long time and makes it impossible to have any proper gaming experience.

Operating System: Windows 11
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ada Lovelace 8GB
RAM: 32 GB DDR4 2666 MHz
Motherboard: ASUS Prime A520M-F (shown as ZR/Zeiron in Windows System Info)
Storage: 1 TB SSD
Being unable to play the game on such a powerful system clearly indicates a serious problem with optimization or system compatibility.
I request that this issue be fixed immediately. If it is not resolved, I want to make it clear that we will not purchase any of EA’s future games. Such a situation would seriously harm both your brand credibility and player satisfaction.
