"Unable to load information from the server"

I got on FC 26 today and when i get passed the menu it tries to connect to the EA servers and i get an error message that says "Unable to load information from the server. Please try again later". I cleared the cache on the EA app and restarted the PC and checked my connection which was good. Still got the same message. I then tried to load up battlefield 6 to see if there was a problem with my account. The game kept closing when it tried to connect to the server. After that i got on my xbox and installed FC26 and tried to log in there after linking my account and i got the same message. I have already done all the troubleshooting steps suggested and cant find a solution. I also have no messages in the penalty history. I had this happen a long time ago with another EA account and never got it resolved.
