Routed to wrong Ireland server, instead my near server(Los Angeles)

My account is wrongly being connected to wrong servers for the last 1 month.. it's being routed to Ireland, Bahrain and Belgium servers.. my ingame ping shows less than 10ms but it's currently 140ms because I did a tracert that ended with Ireland and 140ms ping . The game is just unplayable even on offline modes like squadbattles.. I'm playing on PC and live nearby Los Angeles.. great fiber ISP 1gbps.. I don't know what else to do.. please I need my account checked, there's something wrong with it!
