Glad I'm not the only one with this issue. A friend of mine got this error a couple of weeks ago, then on my advise he deleted the UT game files and redownloaded them. It worked then for him. But this time it won't work for me.
Same issue I tried a spate account as I thought I'd been banned at first but same issue
