Season 8: Festival of Football
Hi EA Team,
I'm reaching out because I haven't received my unclaimed rewards for Season 8: Festival of Football in EA Sports FC 26, which ended last week.
I purchased the Premium Pass but wasn't able to play as the season was ending. Usually, unclaimed rewards are granted upon the next login, but I haven't received anything. To try and fix this on my own, I have already restarted the game multiple times and progressed a few levels into the current season, hoping it would force the missing rewards to pop up. Unfortunately, that hasn't worked.
Could you please take a look into my account and manually grant the missing Premium Pass rewards?
