Problem with my Season Pass/Premium Pass progression in EA SPORTS FC 26

Hello, I have a problem with my Season Pass/Premium Pass progression in EA SPORTS FC 26.

I purchased the Premium Pass and reached Level 2. At Level 2, I received 3,500 Season Points (SP) and I also received the rewards from that level.

However, after receiving the 3,500 SP, my Season Pass progression bar did not move forward. It stayed at Level 2, and I am still progressing from Level 2.

The 3,500 SP appear to be missing from my Season Pass progression.

Could you please check my account and restore the missing Season Points/progression?

I have attached a screenshot showing the issue.
