Season 8 pass did not warn me before purchasing pass & disappeared
Hello there,
I purchased the EA SPORTS FC 26 Premium Pass using FC Points that I bought with my credit card on my PS5 only two days before the new season started.
I did not realize the Premium Pass would expire at the end of the current season, and I feel the game did not clearly warn me that only a very short time remained. As a result, I paid for the pass and lost access almost immediately when Season 9 began.
I understand the pass is season-specific, but I would like to respectfully request a one-time courtesy transfer of my Premium Pass to Season 9 or a refund of the 1,000 FC Points.
I've been unable to reach a live agent because the support system keeps redirecting me to self-service articles, so I would really appreciate your help.

Edit : It's been a week i'm waiting for your studio team to reply to me and no one is giving me a clear update or clarification about this ! If this is not resolved in a correct way ... i will have no choice but to contact my financial institution and report all these charges as fraud.
Kindly cooperate with me before i take actions against all your company.
