Season pass issues

I'm having problems with the season pass.

I have the paid pass in season 8, and up to lvl 7 I could claim the regular and premium rewards. But on lvl 8 I only could claim the regular reward and not the premium reward. But even so I claimed the regular reward the pass still says I didn't claimed it. I cannot claim it again or claim the premium reward. 

Now I'm at lvl 9 and only the regular reward is available to claim. With the premium reward it says -750sp. So I claimed the regular reward and now it says it's claimed. But the lvl 8 rewards are still unclaimed says the season pass when I was only able to claim the regular one and not the premium one.

I tried restarting the app or trying the app to claim. But it doesn't work.

Pls help.
