Season Pass Level 40 Rewards - Tomori

I've just completed the premium season pass and didn't realise the final option was only one choice, I've accidentally picked the pack option rather than the special Tomori card. I've spent weeks doing objectives to get Tomori asap for my English squad, completing all sorts of objectives today to get him ahead of this Champions.

Is there any way to revoke my pack choice and get the special Tomori card I've been chasing? This was an honest mistake - the premium season pass costs 1000 points but I'd be happy to lose 2000 points off my account to compensate for getting him, or however many points it takes.

I'm embarrassed to even reach out and ask but it's so much time and effort for one card only to not realise I had to pick between the rewards when every other level of the season pass gave every reward listed. The wording of multi-choice alludes to the packs being able to choose from several options rather than only getting to choose one pass reward. Please contact me with some sort of solution.

Hi everyone,
We’ve looked into recent reports about missing or incorrect Season Pass rewards and wanted to share an update. After reviewing the issue, we weren’t able to confirm any errors in how rewards are granted.

To clarify how the system works:

When a Season Pass level includes two rewards

If you press “Claim All” or let the Season Pass expire at the end of the season, you will still be presented with a selection option to choose from for any multi choice rewards.

If you have a video showing a specific error while claiming your packs, please share it, together with your account details and a timestamp, in the comments so we can take another look. When claiming the rewards during the season rollover, we always prioritize the player item as the default reward in those scenarios.

I just became LEVEL 40 on Premium Battle Pass and I decided to use claim all button and the game didn't give me a choice of picking Tomori, he was at the 40th level and it automatically picked the 84x3 pack and i didn't get the choice of picking Tomori, I was able to pick between Morgan Rogers or 85x2 pack but it wasn't at level 40 for Tomori, please help me out, it is an important card and I need him, the game didn't even gave me any option to pick it

I’m doing a Chelsea past and present and I just completed the season pass I picked tomori and it gave me the pack I grinded all that time to not get the player I want so unfair I’ve lost all motivation to play the game anymore

Same issue here - grinded hard to get Tomori but was stuck with packs. I'd even pay the premium pass FC points again to get that card if it was an option.

I have just reach level 40 of the season pass and after clicking ‘claim all rewards’ I was just rewarded the packs automatically instead of getting the choice of the cards (in which I wanted to take the Morgan Rogers card) - Is there a way this can be fixed or reverted as it’s a card I have worked towards and now I can’t use it - still have the unopened pack in the store.
