I've just completed the premium season pass and didn't realise the final option was only one choice, I've accidentally picked the pack option rather than the special Tomori card. I've spent weeks doing objectives to get Tomori asap for my English squad, completing all sorts of objectives today to get him ahead of this Champions.Is there any way to revoke my pack choice and get the special Tomori card I've been chasing? This was an honest mistake - the premium season pass costs 1000 points but I'd be happy to lose 2000 points off my account to compensate for getting him, or however many points it takes.I'm embarrassed to even reach out and ask but it's so much time and effort for one card only to not realise I had to pick between the rewards when every other level of the season pass gave every reward listed. The wording of multi-choice alludes to the packs being able to choose from several options rather than only getting to choose one pass reward. Please contact me with some sort of solution.

Happened to me also. It seem from reading other threads that it’s happened to a lot of others as well. I really wanted these cards and I hope EA sort this issue out and we get the cards. Grinded so hard for them so it’s really annoying not having them now 😞

Radio silence. Seems unfair to have every other reward be that you get everything at that level only to rug-pull you at the end.

Hello, I was playing EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Team and encountered a bug with the Season Pass Level 40 rewards.When I reached Level 40, the game didn’t show the player card images — the card had the game coin image. I wanted to choose Tomori, but instead chose the 84+ x4 Pack without knowing which was which.I didn’t realise it was the Season Pass reward pack and opened it by mistake, since the game never displayed the correct options. I spend all day trying to reach the final level so the game could have a bug and not show the correct options. I don't mind to lose the players of the pack and coins/ea points, I really just want the Tomori. Could you please check this issue and help me get the correct reward?

It happend to me too. Before I was level 37. I made a task so i get 3.000 SP. I went to the Season Pass an claimed all. I had no choice and I didnt get tomori or rodgers where i grinded for. Please EA give us the Players. We all grinded hard to get the Players early and now we can not do anything…..

Upon hitting premium pass level 40 Rogers and tomori was never given to me i only recieved the packs i reported to ea i hope they will solve it.

Same happened to me, hoping to get Tomori. Not bothered if they need to take back the content of the packs, like you I wouldn't have opened them either had I known. Getting to level 40 you get so much content its tough to know what pack comes from where.

Up until level 39 you could hold the claim all button to gather all rewards. Looking at the options a player and a pack were shown and I assumed I would be able to select all. Unfortunately this was the first level where it was an "or" instead of an "and". As it stands I missed out on Tomori who I was looking to add to my Milan themed team. I would be happy to give back the pack, players, etc in order to get the tomori card I intended to select. Seen similar comments from some others, hoping EA support can address this concern.

Same concern here, all other levels were "claim all" so I didn't think twice. Was looking forward to adding him to my PnP Milan team. Hope EA can help us out

I reached to the final level of the pass, I have the premium pass, and i claimed all and the game don't gave me the TOMORI and the packs, likewise the don't give me the Player of the free pass, can help me with that pls

I spoke with two EA advisors, both of whom told me the same thing: they can't do anything because the game is managed by a server system and they can't correct anything manually, and if it doesn't resolve itself, then it's just a matter of waiting. They also told me that they reviewed the case and there are many similar cases sent to support, and they directed me to read the forums here.

The same has happened to me, I have spent a lot of time on the game but trying to unlock tomori and I finally did last night until it glitched and sent me back to the hub with no players or packs. I restarted my game and found that I got 2 packs but no season pass tomori. I then spent 1:30mins on online chat with ea help support system for them to tell me that they would sort it In 24 hours. 24 hours later still nothing I then spend another hour on the online support system for them to tell me there is nothing they can do about it. I find this utterly ridiculous as I have paid and spent ALOT of time trying to get these items just for a glitch in the THERE game to take all that time away from me. They need to compensate all the players that this has happened to!
