Season pass not working

Hello,

I have recently purchased ea fc 26 and I’ve been unable to use the season pass. When trying to access the pass nothing shows up and there is no season objectives. This is happening on Xbox One and none of the fixes I have found on similar forum posts have worked. I also have an issue on the companion app that displays a lock over the fc hub, I have also tried numerous fixes but this problem also still persists.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
