Still issues with missing Icons & Heroes in Career mode

I have reached out to the technical team to fix this issue, to be told that as it is over 30 days, there isn't anything they can do. 

I don't know if anyone has a list of the Icons & Heroes that were actually available, but quite a few are missing. The only one I didn't unlock was Zidane, but I'm missing a load more. I've saw quite a few people posting that they're having the same issue as well. I know Rooney is definitely one that is missing.

We've all paid for the premium pass and paid for a game that is full of bugs and issues that are going unaddressed. 

Is there anyway we can take this further so we can actually get what we paid for?

I understand that obviously more money is made through UT, but there really needs to be an immediate fix on something that so many people have paid for, but not received.
